Bangladesh’s workers’ remittance inflow maintained a strong growth momentum in the new fiscal year, reaching USD7.253bn during July 1 to September 13, 2026, up 16.9 percent from USD6.206bn recorded during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
According to the latest Bangladesh Bank data, remittance inflow stood at USD1.427bn during September 1-13, 2026, compared with USD1.306bn during the same period last year, marking a 9.3 percent year-on-year increase.
