BSEC to conduct special audit of 3 Beximco Group companies’ accounts of last five years

The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) will conduct an audit of the last five years’ accounts of three Beximco Group companies.

The companies are: Beximco Ltd, Beximco Pharmaceuticals and Shinepukur Ceramics.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the stock regulator today (10 December), according to a press statement.
